Our Founder & CEO | Aundrey Page

Born and raised in the Bay Area, California, Aundrey (“Drey”) is the Founder & CEO of AD Page Consulting, an executive coach, and public speaker striving to create anti-racist spaces of healing for all.

A well-known and respected former high school principal, Aundrey started his career as a high school mathematics teacher and department chair on the Southside of Atlanta, Georgia where he was a finalist for Regional Teacher of the Year. Upon leaving Atlanta, Aundrey returned to his hometown of San Jose, California to serve as a high school Vice Principal of Instruction. During his time as the Vice Principal, his school was named the #1 high school in the Bay Area according to US News and World Report for its outstanding student academic achievement.

Always seeking a new challenge as a way to continuously grow, Aundrey accepted a position as the principal of a high school in the Bayview-Hunters Point Neighborhood of San Francisco California becoming the 1st black man to do so in his organization’s 18 year history and before the age of 30. During his tenure, his school increased student achievement, enrollment, student belonging, parent engagement, and the number of teachers and leaders who identified as people of color, all during a global pandemic.
